Return & Refund Policy – House of Orna

At House of Orna, every jewellery piece is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. As we deal in imitation jewellery and hygiene-sensitive products, returns are accepted only in case of a damaged product received.

🔁 Return Eligibility (Only for Damaged Product)

We accept returns only if:

The product is received in a damaged condition, and

You have a clear unboxing video as proof.

Without a proper unboxing video, returns/refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Guidelines

To be eligible for a return:

Record a continuous video while opening the sealed package.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed packet before opening

The product inside

The damage visible in the same video

Edited or cut videos will not be accepted.

⏰ Reporting Time

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Minor color/finish variations (due to lighting/photography)

Delay in delivery

Used products

No unboxing video proof

💰 Refund Process

Once the video is verified we will initiate return pickup. Verify Damage and approve Refund. We will initiate a refund to your original payment method 

Refunds are processed within 24 working hours after approval.

📦 Return Pickup

In case of approved damage, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

Please keep the product in its original packaging.
